A video which captured the priceless reaction President Uhuru Kenyatta got from a granny whose hand she grabbed for a casual hand shake during the memorial service for victims of the Solai dam tragedy has gone viral online.
The short clip by NTV shows a granny going to the alter with a green bag that she hands over to the priests before walking back towards her sitting position.
A security officer sitting near the President gets off his seat as if to usher the granny past the president.

But President Kenyatta quickly grabs the granny’s hand as she passes by. This catches the old woman completely unawares, leaving her mouth agape with shock.
The guests seated behind the president burst into laughter as the woman walks away while covering her mouth with her hand while an unbothered President Kenyatta continues humming along a worship song being presented on stage.

Now that is what I call involuntary greeting. Neither was the lady intending to greet anyone nor the president.
